What is your shipping policy?
Shipping is always free! We deliver in 3-5 days with the Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For Service.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are always free! In the unlikely event you need to return a tray, please get in touch with us at katherine@zazoodesign.com and we will sort this for you!
What are your trays made from?
Our beautiful trays are mainly made from ply wood and mango wood, and some are recycled MDF. MDF is sustainable and environmentally friendly, made from wood shavings that would otherwise be discarded. Mango wood is highly sustainable and durable, comparable to oak. Our trays are glazed for a gorgeous shine and waterproof finish.

Where are your trays made?
Our trays are ethically and sustainably made by our fantastic artisans in India and Vietnam.
Do you offer discounts or hold sales?
We do! Please follow our Instagram @zazoodesign for regular updates on sales and discounts! We also do giveaways, where you can win a tray for free by getting involved! Details are over on our Instagram page here.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
We do! We have a showroom in Andoversford in Gloucestershire - just off the A40 between Cheltenham and Northleach. We are open by appointment via our contact form. We also often hold pop-ups, with stalls at farmer's markets, crafts and artisan fairs, Christmas events as well as large events like the Cotswold Christmas Fair. Where are you based?
We're based in Gloucestershire, England. It's deep in the countryside and we love it - lots of natural beauty in the area inspires Katherine's designs.

What is the Hands Up Foundation/ Action Syria?
Hands Up (rebranded as Action Syria) is a small and innovative charity that funds health and education programmes in Syria and neighbouring countries. Their aim is to make a truly positive difference to Syrians in need. Working directly with local organisations, who know the needs and context of their local communities better than anyone, their work is simple, impactful, and transparent. Zazoo Design is proud to support Action Syria, actively getting involved with fundraising and donating a significant proportion of its profits to this amazing charity.
